I think it’s great. They’re our words. I know some people don’t like them but I do. I use “faggot” and “faggotry” a lot. I even use “faggot” to attack internalised homophobes but usually to drive home the point that they are gay (since theyre so prone to pushing the fantasy that they’re just some bizarre breed of hetero that is same-sex attracted). Reclaiming words is important I think, like African Americans reclaiming the N-word. It’s their word. It was forced onto them. They took it back and use it to empower themselves. What do you think?
